Fortanixor provides enterprise-grade security solutions including authentication, verification, and security management tools designed to protect digital assets and ensure compliance.
User Responsibilities

- Report any security vulnerabilities or incidents
- Maintain appropriate backup and recovery procedures

Acceptable Use Policy
Our services must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using our services to conduct illegal activities or violate others' rights
- Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
- Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Using our services to transmit malware or other harmful code
- Violating intellectual property rights or proprietary information
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Fortanixor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- Our software, documentation, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property
- You retain ownership of your data and content
- You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our services
- No rights are granted beyond what is expressly stated in these terms
Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:
- Uptime Target: 99.9% availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Maintenance Windows: Scheduled during low-usage periods with advance notice
- Support Hours: 24/7 for critical security incidents, business hours for general support
- Response Times: Critical issues: 1 hour, High priority: 4 hours, Normal: 24 hours
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- You maintain control over your data and can request access, correction, or deletion

Payment Terms and Billing
Payment terms vary by service plan and are specified in your service agreement:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes require 30 days advance notice
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added to your invoice as applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortanixor's liability is limited as follows:
- Direct Damages: Limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Security Incidents: While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
These limitations do not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" with the following warranties:
- Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will perform substantially as described
- Security Warranty: We warrant that we implement industry-standard security measures
- Compliance Warranty: We warrant compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Disclaimers
- We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements
- We do not warrant that our services will be compatible with all systems or integrations
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortanixor from any claims arising from:
- Your use of our services in violation of these terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
We will provide prompt notice of any such claims and cooperate in your defense.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:
- For Convenience: 30 days written notice
- For Cause: Immediate termination for material breach
- Non-Payment: Termination after 30 days of non-payment
- Security Breach: Immediate termination for security violations
Post-Termination
- We will provide you with a copy of your data within 30 days
- Your data will be securely deleted after 90 days
- You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
- Surviving provisions of these terms remain in effect
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement:
- Primary Jurisdiction: United Arab Emirates
- Alternative Dispute Resolution: Mediation before arbitration or litigation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration for disputes under $50,000
- Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication and negotiation.

Fortanixor maintains compliance with various industry standards and regulations:
- Security Standards: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FIDO2
- Privacy Regulations: GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (where applicable)
- Industry Compliance: PCI DSS, FedRAMP (in progress)
- International Standards: NIST Cybersecurity Framework
We regularly review and update our compliance posture to meet evolving requirements.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters and severe weather events
- Government actions and regulatory changes
- Cybersecurity attacks and infrastructure failures
- Pandemics and public health emergencies
- Labor disputes and supply chain disruptions
Affected parties must provide prompt notice and use reasonable efforts to minimize delays.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable:
- The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect
- The unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary
- If modification is not possible, the provision is severed
The failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
