FortVoice · Voice commands

Voice banking in 40+ languages. Say it once, it’s done.

FortVoice turns spoken commands into real actions inside your mobile app, web, tablet and POS software. It listens, understands and acts in 40+ languages and dialects, around the clock, with no tapping through screens to get there.

FortVoice: Voice Commands for banking apps.

A customer says what they want and it happens — inside the app you already ship, on the web, on a tablet or at the POS terminal, in whichever language they happen to speak, at any hour of the night.

What speech replaces

The menus a customer no longer has to learn, the screens they no longer have to find, and the check that still runs before anything moves.

Speaks the customer's language

More than forty languages and regional dialects are handled natively, so nobody has to translate their request into yours before the app will act on it.

Taps to navigate

Just say what you need and FortVoice does it in one command, with no tapping through screens.

Finishes the task, not the sentence

Response time

Acts the moment you speak

Real time and conversational, so the action happens the instant you finish talking.

Nothing moves on a voice alone

The speaker is matched biometrically, and a passkey step-up confirms the instruction before a single unit of currency leaves the account.

Voice biometricsPasskey step up

One sentence. Every instruction understood.

Listening for your command…
Who it's for

Built for the people who own the problem.

FortVoice is bought by three groups inside a bank, exchange house, fintech or other regulated institution — usually for three different reasons. These are the ones we hear.

Digital Banking product owners and CIOs

Cutting drop-off in transfer and bill-pay flows, where every extra field between intent and confirmation costs completions.

Institutions serving customers with low literacy or accessibility needs

Reaching customers who can say what they want but cannot easily navigate a form-heavy app in a second language.

Contact-center leads

Deflecting simple balance, transfer and bill requests to self-service, so agents keep their time for the calls that need judgment.

Compliance and security

What your auditors will ask about.

A spoken instruction is an instruction like any other: it is authenticated before anything moves, it produces the same audit record as a tap, and the speech that carried it stays in the bank's region. Voice changes the interface, not the controls.

Authentication before action

Voice starts it, the passkey authorises it

  • A FortAuth step-up before anything moves
  • Voice biometrics are never the sole authorisation
  • The same approval the customer already knows
No money moves on voice alone

Data residency

Speech stays inside your region

  • On-premise, in-region cloud or hybrid
  • Audio does not cross a border to be understood
  • What is retained is your policy, not ours
Processed only where you allow it

Alignment, not certification

Designed against GDPR and UAE PDPL

  • Personal data handled to those expectations
  • FIDO2 remains the only certification we hold
  • No certification is claimed for this product
Alignment, stated plainly

Audit trail

The instruction and its authorisation, together

  • What the system recognised
  • What authorised it
  • What action was taken
A disputed transaction can be reconstructed

Questions

FortVoice questions, answered.

More than forty, including Arabic and its regional dialects, Urdu and English, which is what most of our deployments run on. Dialect matters more than language count in practice — a model that handles Modern Standard Arabic but not Gulf or Egyptian speech will fail in the branch queue, so dialect coverage is what we test against before a rollout.

The voice carries the instruction; it does not authorise it. Once the command is understood, anything that moves money triggers a FortAuth step-up — the customer approves with the passkey on their device, exactly as they would for a tapped transfer. Voice biometrics can be enrolled as an additional signal, but they are never the sole authorisation for a transaction.

Yes — spoken confirmation of the recognised instruction and its result means the flow can be completed by ear. The authentication step still needs the customer's device, but unlocking a phone with a fingerprint or Face ID is a gesture that does not depend on reading the screen.

It is processed in the bank's own region, and what is retained is your decision, not ours — many banks keep the recognised text and the audit record and discard the audio outright. On-premise and in-region cloud deployments both keep audio inside your boundary; nothing is sent across a border for processing.

As an SDK for iOS, Android and web, added to the app you already have. The bank keeps its own screens and its own transaction APIs; FortVoice turns speech into a structured instruction and hands it to them, so voice becomes another way into flows that already exist rather than a parallel app to maintain.

Bring a flow your customers abandon — a transfer, a bill, a top-up — and we'll show you what it sounds like as a single spoken instruction, and where the passkey step-up sits.
