AI agents for financial contact centers. Every call verified and reviewed.
FortAgent runs AI voice and avatar agents across your contact center and the web. They take inbound and outbound calls, QA every conversation and surface the intelligence, so nothing sits in a queue and nothing goes unreviewed.
With governance and clear AI disclosure built in: every AI action is monitored and owned, the caller always knows it is AI, and the whole thing stays model agnostic.
What takes the place of the press-one menu, the hold music, and the small sample of calls anyone ever got round to listening back to.
Nothing the AI does is unattributed
Everything the system produces passes under a governance layer on its way out, and the audit trail records what was said, by which agent, under which policy.
The caller is told who they are speaking to
Synthesised audio should announce itself. Every FortAgent voice identifies itself as AI to the person on the other end of the line, as a matter of product policy rather than configuration.
The same high bar on every AI call. Sharper with every conversation.
Every FortAgent call is transcribed, scored and checked against your playbook, so quality never drifts between your quietest day and your busiest one. The edge cases it meets feed straight back into testing and prompts, so the agent answering next month is measurably better than the one answering today.
Sentiment, resolution and a QA score on every conversation, never just a sampled few.
Low-scoring and failed calls become test cases and prompt fixes, automatically.
Model and playbook updates roll out under guardrails, so quality trends up over time.
Your telephony, CRM and AI, all connected.
One platform instead of a stack of point tools. Connect FortAgent to the contact center, CRM and AI you already run, with no rip and replace.
Guardrailed AI
The model never touches core systems; every tool and API is allow-listed, with prompt-injection protection.
Grounded answers
Replies are grounded in your approved content and validated before display, so nothing is invented.
Knowledge base
A centralized, versioned source of truth that grounds every answer.
Usage analytics
A role-based dashboard for usage, intent and journey mix, success rates and drop-off points.
Enterprise reliability
An availability SLA, horizontal scaling and safe fallbacks that never fake a success.
Deploy anywhere, always current
On-premise, cloud or hybrid with data residency in your region, and models and patches kept up to date automatically.
Knowing who is actually on the line.
Knowledge-based questions verify what a caller knows, not who they are — and a determined fraudster can usually answer them. FortAgent asks the customer's own device instead.
- 1
The caller reaches the agent
No knowledge questions, no account number read out over the line. The agent answers and establishes what the caller wants first.
- 2
The agent requests verification
Before any account action, FortAuth pushes a challenge to the device already enrolled for the customer's app.
- 3
The customer approves on their own device
Face ID, fingerprint or PIN unlocks the passkey and signs the challenge. Nothing that can be replayed travels over the call.
- 4
Only then does the agent act
Blocking a card, moving money, changing a detail — all of it sits behind that approval, and the approval is recorded with the action.
Built for the people who own the problem.
FortAgent is bought by three groups inside a bank, exchange house, fintech or other regulated institution — usually for three different reasons. These are the ones we hear.
Heads of Contact Center, Customer Experience and CIOs
Answering every call at the same standard at 2am and at peak, without hiring for the peak and paying for it all year.
Compliance teams
Complaint handling, recording retention and clear AI disclosure — all of which have to hold on every call, not on the sample that gets reviewed.
Fraud teams
Verifying who is actually calling before any account action, rather than relying on knowledge-based questions that a determined caller can answer.
What your auditors will ask about.
An AI agent on a bank's phone line inherits every obligation a human agent has, and adds one: the caller must know what they are speaking to. These are the controls that carry that.
Caller verification first
Identity established, not assumed
- FortAuth verifies on the caller's own device
- Before the agent takes any account action
- Replaces knowledge-based security questions
AI disclosure
The caller always knows what they are speaking to
- Disclosed in the opening of the call
- Repeated whenever a caller asks
- Not a setting that can be turned off
Human handoff
Asking for a person works
- The call transfers with its transcript
- Context and verification travel with it
- No menus, no retries, no arguing
Recording and retention
The full record, under your policy
- Call, transcript and QA score kept together
- Retained under your retention policy
- Stays in your region, and exports
FortAgent questions, answered.
Through FortAuth, on the caller's own device: they approve a signed challenge with the passkey they already use for the app, before the agent takes any account action. That replaces knowledge-based questions — date of birth, last transaction, mother's maiden name — which verify what a caller knows rather than who they are, and which a well-prepared fraudster can usually answer.
Yes. On-premise, in-region cloud and hybrid are all supported, and the choice is usually made by where your call recordings are already allowed to live. Nothing about the deployment model changes what the agent can do; it changes where the audio and the transcripts sit.
The call transfers, and the context goes with it — the transcript so far, what the caller was trying to do, and anything already verified. The agent does not argue, retry or route the caller back into a menu. A customer who has asked twice for a person has already had a bad call; making them repeat the whole story is how it becomes a complaint.
Every call is transcribed and scored, and the recording, the transcript and the QA score are retained together under your retention policy — not ours. They stay in your region, and they are exportable, so a complaint or a supervisory request can be answered from the full record rather than a summary.
Yes, and this is not configurable. The agent discloses that it is an AI agent at the start of the call and again whenever a caller asks. A bank that hides it is one recording away from a regulatory problem, and the disclosure costs nothing — callers who know what they are talking to ask clearer questions.
